Questions? Answers.

How long can I expect shipping to take?

You can expect your print to be shipped in 7-10 business days via USPS.

What kind of prints are these?

All of the prints listed are Archival Pigment Prints unless otherwise noted. We use the highest quality materials to ensure that your print is archival and will last as long as possible.

Can I customize print sizes and framing options?

Possibly! Shoot us an email with your request and we’ll see if we can make it happen.

Will the framed prints be ready to hang?

Yes! We’ll include everything but the hammer.

What size frames do you use?

We use ¾” frames. All frames are custom made by hand for your order in the US.

What kind of mat do you use?

We use a bright white archival 4 ply rag mat.

Do you use glass or plexi for frames?

We use plexi for all of our frames for increased durability, protection from UV and clarity. Plexi is considered the standard for framing.

What type of paper are the prints on?

We use Hahnemuhle Photo Rag, a high quality luster finish paper for our prints unless otherwise noted.

What is a full bleed frame?

A full bleed frame means the frame will come right up to the printed image. (Please note: Due to the image border being cut to accommodate this framing style returns will not be accepted.)

What is an edition size?

An edition is the amount of times that image will be printed in that size. Once the edition is complete that image will no longer be available.

What is a certificate of authenticity?

The certificate of authenticity included with your print is signed by the founder of Look&Seen. It certifies the work of art by title and confirms what number of the edition your print is when applicable.

What is your return policy?

Please contact us directly if you’d like to discuss returns. We offer returns for prints 10 days after they have been received. Returns for full bleed framed images will not be accepted as the print will need to be cut down to accommodate this framing style.
